Increasing competition led Valley Medical Center to open specialty clinics devoted to specific healthcare needs. The first task was to create a tagline that would hold all marketing together; we created “Remarkable things happen here.” To help introduce these new clinics, we recommended a multi-media campaign through TV and radio, local newspapers and regional magazine, transit cards, and billboards. Valley Medical saw a 35% increase in revenue for the clinics, and patient visits increased by 9%. This campaign was recognized in national awards competitions as some of the best healthcare advertising in the U.S.
